Our core services include: Eligibility Verification We verify patient insurance coverage before services are billed to ensure accurate claim submission and reduce claim rejections due to eligibility issues. Claim Submission We prepare and submit medical claims through clearinghouses or payer portals, ensuring that claims are transmitted correctly and in a timely manner. EOB/ERA Posting We post payments from Explanation of Benefits EOB and Electronic Remittance Advice ERA accurately into the billing system to maintain clear financial records. Claim Reconciliation We review submitted claims that remain unpaid or pending for extended periods and follow up with insurance payers to identify the cause of delays or missing payments. Denial Management When claims are denied or rejected, we analyze the reason for denial and assist with corrective actions or resubmission where applicable. By combining accuracy, consistent follow ups and organized billing processes, Ethos Billings helps healthcare providers improve reimbursement timelines and maintain an efficient revenue cycle operation.
