Over deze dienst
Turn Your Complex Spreadsheet Into a Reliable Web Application
Your spreadsheet may contain years of business logic, pricing formulas, technical calculations, validation rules, or specialist knowledge.
But if your team still depends on manual data entry, copied formulas, repetitive reports, or one person who understands how the spreadsheet works, the process can become slow, fragile, and difficult to scale.
I can turn that spreadsheet-driven workflow into a proper web application built around your actual business process.
Depending on your requirements, the application can include:
- Secure user authentication and role-based access
- Accurate calculation and business-rule engines
- Input validation and error handling
- Database-backed record management
- Dashboards and business reports
- Automated PDF/document generation
- Admin panels and workflow controls
- Payment integration
- API and third-party system integrations
- ️ Automated workflows that eliminate repetitive manual work

Veelgestelde vragen
I have sensitive business data in my spreadsheet. How do you handle it?
You can share a redacted or sample version with real formulas and structure intact but actual client/financial data removed. I only need to see the logic, not the data. If you prefer, I can sign an NDA before you share anything.
How do you guarantee the web app produces the same results as my spreadsheet?
I build a parallel test suite. I run the same inputs through both your original spreadsheet and the new application, and compare outputs cell-by-cell for a set of representative cases. I share this comparison report with you before final delivery. If there's a mismatch, I fix it before you approve.
My spreadsheet is 50+ tabs with 2,000+ formulas. Can you handle that?
Yes, but that's where the Process Audit & Solution Blueprint comes in. For complex workbooks, I'll first deliver a written document mapping out every formula, dependency, and edge case I've identified. You review and confirm it. Only then do I start building. This prevents "I forgot about that one r
How long does a typical project take?
A simple pricing calculator (1–2 tabs, ~20 formulas): 7–10 days. A multi-tab business system (5–15 tabs, 100+ formulas, with dashboards and user roles): 3–6 weeks. A full operational platform (20+ tabs, complex workflows, third-party integrations): 6–10 weeks. I'll give you an exact timeline after r
What if our business logic changes after you build it?
The calculation engine is built as a separate, documented module not hardcoded into the UI. This means formula changes, new validation rules, or updated pricing tiers can be modified without rebuilding the entire app. Post-delivery logic updates are available at $30/hour.
Do we get the source code and can we update it ourselves?
Yes. You receive the full source code, a README explaining the project structure. The calculation engine is written in plain, well-commented code not a black box. If you later hire another developer, they can pick it up without needing
