I will provide a thorough review of your codebase and point out all areas it could be improved in. That includes already present bugs, but extends to all sources of potential bugs or inefficiencies, both algorithmic and in language specific implementation details.
I will evaluate the overall architecture and provide comments and concrete suggestions for how to improve it.
When encountering bad practices, I will not only tell you they are bad, but explain why, detail what problems they cause in the long run and what should be done instead.
As code is not only meant for compilers, interpreters and other programs to process, but for humans - who might have to extend and maintain it - to read, the contents of my review will also never be purely technical. Style matters. Good style fosters elegant, correct and efficient code. Bad style facilitates errors. I want to ensure your code expresses your intent as clearly as possible, which is why I take special care to mention everything that might inhibit such clarity.
In our interactive sessions, you can walk me through your thought process and we can identify flaws in your reasoning or issues you might have overlooked.

How is the interactive code review conducted?
Via Discord (preferred) or Jitsi. Other platforms or software are also possible if you so desire. Please contact me beforehand if you have special wishes, I am sure we can arrange something.
Why should I trust you? Do you have any relevant experience?
Excellent question! Freelancing aside, I do have several years of experience teaching, tutoring and designing courses at university level. This involved grading and providing extensive feedback for numerous coding assignments and larger projects in an accessible, educative manner.
Will you do my homework?
NO! I will, however, gladly help you improve what you managed to finish on your own and point out pitfalls you might have run into. If you need help with your homework and don't know where to start, feel free to have a look at my other gigs, the "I will teach you modern cpp" one might be for you!
How much code may I submit for one review? How many lines? 100, 1000, over 9000?
Whatever we can work through in the allotted time. That is hard to tell in advance, as lines of code are not a good metric for anything really. There are horrible single line programs that require hours to explain, whilst some huge, well designed programs merit only small adjustments. And vice versa
I like your style! Do you also review code written in a different language?
Thank you for the praise! Yes, I do. Currently, there are no Fiverr Gigs for other languages, as C++ is the one I know best. I am well versed in a multitude of languages, however, so if you believe my input could be valuable do not hesitate to contact me and we can work out the details.
