My whole life has been connected to sports. From the age of 7 to 15, I practiced football, and the high school I graduated from has a sports profile. The field of my university degree is Physical Education and Sports. I have 8 years of experience as a personal trainer, both online and in physical gyms. Additionally, I hold 2 more certifications in Fitness. I enjoy the idea of taking a person from scratch and transforming them, which represents a difficult but not impossible process.
