What is Life Coaching?

I facilitate a conversation between you and I which is future focused, moving you forward from whatever you situation is in towards a goal that you wish to work on. Not sure where you want be, do or have? We can discuss that. Have a huge goal to work on? We break that down into manageable steps.

Do you offer Business Coaching sessions.

I am experienced in delivering Corporate and Small Business coaching sessions, message me for details. Again all sessions are by TEXT using Facebook Messenger so you have a record of the conversation to reflect back upon in the future.

How are the Life Coaching sessions carried out?

All sessions are carried out by TEXT using 'Messenger' via my Facebook Page. I will send you a link after the gig has been ordered. I do freebie card draws and competitions on my Facebook Pages so there are bonus on there you can access in addition to the coaching sessions we have together.

Why add Tarot or Oracle cards to a coaching session

Sometimes clients are unsure where to start or know exactly what they want to talk about. Using Tarot or Oracle cards can open up the discussion and give the client to explore their subconscious mind about things that are playing on their mind that they may wish to discuss but are unsure how to.
