Do you render from a floor plan or can you work from a sketch?
Both. A dimensioned floor plan gives the most accurate 3D house model; a hand sketch plus photo references works from Basic upward.
Can you match the exact materials and colours I specify?
Yes. Send a material list or sample images and I'll match cladding, roofing, glazing and paving to them.
Do I get the editable 3D model and source files?
On Standard and Premium, yes, the full model plus source files so your team can reuse the assets.
Can you match the sun and shadow direction for my site?
Yes, and it's included by default. I set the sun study to your site's latitude and the season you specify, which is what makes the exterior rendering read as real.
How many revisions are included?
2 on Basic, 4 on Standard, 5 on Premium. Revisions cover camera, lighting and material changes.
Can you also produce a dusk or night render?
Yes. A dusk render is included in Standard and upward; full night lighting is available as an add-on
Is this suitable for a planning or permit submission?
These are visualisation images only, not stamped construction or permit documents. That distinction protects you legally and is exactly why I keep the two separate
