We first talk about your goal for the session and then start working towards creating a plan to help you achieve it. You drive the process; the sessions are tailored to you.

Executive functions are cognitive skills that help us manage our lives. Those in the spectrum, those with ADHD, and those with everyday stress at times need help with planning, organization, time management, etc. During sessions we focus on building skills and habits to help with these tasks.

We can work on: organization, time management, prioritization, initiation of tasks, problem-solving, decision-making, etc.

-You can reschedule up to two (2) hrs before our call. -In case of a delayed start by me (the coach), the time lost will be added to the end of the session or the next one. -In case of no-show or delay from you (the coachee), the session will be counted as completed and will not be refunded.
