Stop retyping invoices. Send me your invoices, bills or statements and I'll turn them into a clean Excel or CSV file with exactly the columns you need: invoice number, date, vendor, line items, totals and anything else on the page.
I build and run a live software product that reads freight carrier PDFs, so messy layouts, multi-page documents and odd table formats are what I work with every day.

Why choose you over a cheaper seller?
I don't retype your invoices by hand. I build and run software that reads freight invoice PDFs, and the same checks run on your files: every total is matched against its line items, and anything that doesn't add up is flagged, never guessed.
How do I know the data will be accurate?
Every total is checked against its line items, and any unclear field is highlighted for you to review. For batches over 100 files, I send the first few back for a quick look before running the rest.
What if a field comes out wrong?
Tell me and I fix it free, on any package, even after your revisions are used up.
Can you handle scanned or photographed invoices?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. Clear scans work best, and I flag any field the OCR couldn't read with confidence.
My invoices come from different vendors. Is that a problem?
Each vendor layout counts as one layout. Basic covers one, Standard three, Premium five, and the extra layout add-on covers more.
Do I get the code?
On Premium, yes: the Python script and a short guide to run it on new files. You can also add it to Basic or Standard.
What happens to my files?
They're used only for your order and deleted after delivery.
