I recently built a production portfolio CMS: Next.js 14, FastAPI and PostgreSQL, with a custom admin panel, JWT auth, Cloudinary uploads, analytics, 13 database tables and 45+ API endpoints. I also built and maintain a live website for a business client.

Which package should I choose?
If you need a simple site with a backend, choose Launchpad. For a full app with admin panel, login, and deployment, Professional fits most projects. For a complete CMS with analytics and role-based access, go with Complete System. Not sure? Message me and I'll recommend the right one.
Do I own the code and get the source files?
Yes. You receive the complete source code via GitHub, and it's fully yours. The project is built with clean, modular, well-structured code so you or another developer can maintain and extend it later.
Do you provide the content, text, and images?
No — you provide the text, images, and logo for your project. I can use placeholders during development that you replace later. If you need content written, that's outside this gig's scope, but I'm happy to build around whatever you supply.
Is deployment and hosting included?
Deployment is included in the Professional and Complete System packages (Vercel + Railway). These run on free tiers to start. Any paid upgrades, custom domain purchase, or third-party API costs are covered by you, and I'll guide you through setup.
What do you need from me to get started?
A clear description of your project, the pages/features you need, any design or reference sites you like, and your content (text, images, logo). The more detail you share upfront, the smoother and faster the build.
Will the website be mobile responsive?
Yes. Every build is fully responsive and works cleanly across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Responsive design is standard in all packages, not an add-on.
Can you work with my existing design or Figma file?
Yes. If you have a Figma file, screenshots, or reference sites, I'll build to match. If you don't have a design, I'll create a clean, modern layout for you as part of the build.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is an adjustment within the agreed project scope — layout tweaks, styling changes, or fixes. Adding entirely new pages or features beyond what we agreed is a separate add-on. I'll always confirm scope clearly before we start so there are no surprises.
Do you build WordPress, Shopify, or Wix sites?
No — I build custom applications from scratch with Next.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. This gives you a faster, more secure, fully owned app rather than a template. If you specifically need WordPress or Shopify, I'm likely not the right fit.
What happens if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes post-delivery support for agreed revisions. For ongoing updates, bug fixes, and maintenance after that, I offer a Monthly Maintenance add-on so your app stays healthy long-term.
