Are you a U.S. importer who paid IEEPA tariffs in 2024-2025? The U.S. Court of International Trade has ruled those tariffs unlawful and the government must refund every dollar, plus interest.

What Is This Refund?

The IEEPA (International Emergency Economic Powers Act) tariffs imposed on imports were struck down by the U.S. courts. CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) has launched a new system called CAPE (Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries) to process these refunds. Importers who paid these duties are entitled to Full refund + Interest.

What I Need From You

If you have an ACE Portal account: Just your login credentials and U.S. bank details to update your ACE profile.

If you don't have an ACE Portal account: I'll also need your company name, EIN, U.S. address, and shipping documents to get you registered first.

Note: I provide advisory and filing preparation services. All CAPE declarations are submitted through the Importer of Record's own ACE Portal account.
