While the guidelines are generally the same from company to company for custom discs, I will ask what company is stamping your discs. This will allow me to use their specific template for the final deliverable product.

No, any request for incorporating copyright material in a design will be denied. We can find a creative solution to communicate what you want without the use of copyright material.
Can I request the files for standard disc and mini stamping?
