Employed by Shrewsbury Town FC Foundation, the charitable arm of Shrewsbury Town Football Club. I worked across marketing, communications and creative production for Shrewsbury Town FC Foundation, progressing from Media Assistant to Marketing & Communications Coordinator. My role covered the organisation’s visual identity and day-to-day communications across digital and print. I designed campaign materials, reports, social media content, event graphics, signage and promotional materials, while also managing website content and supporting the Foundation’s wider marketing activity. I produced photography and video to document projects, events and community stories, helping communicate the Foundation’s impact to supporters, partners, funders and the wider public. This included planning content, interviewing participants, writing copy and developing case studies that made the organisation’s work clear and engaging. I also created illustrative and character-based work, including the development of the Foundation’s mascots, Blue and Amber, and contributed to collaborative projects with Shrewsbury Town Football Club. The role gave me broad experience in managing a brand across multiple channels, balancing creative ideas with practical communication needs, and taking projects from the initial concept through to final delivery.

Working at Disney Store gave me a strong understanding of how an established brand is expressed through every part of the customer and employee experience. Alongside my retail responsibilities, I created artwork and visual materials for backstage areas, including staff noticeboards and internal communications, while working within Disney’s brand and presentation standards. I was also selected as a Disney Ambassador, a competitive role representing the store team, supporting internal engagement and helping bring Disney’s values and culture to life.
