I am a registered patent agent in the US (Reg. No. 83079).
I work with many inventors and companies who just need formalities check, review and filing. They already have the main drafts. I can help preparing the required forms.
My flat fee is $100 for provisional, $150 for nonprovisional, then follow up documents like office actions are charged at $30 per document (capped at $100 per submission).
Preparation of the forms needed for submission is charge at $100.
I am available immediately and my usual turn-in time is 1 day.
I also can do substantial review and drafting from scratch. This will be charged based on the complexity of the case.
