What do you need from me to start?
A short description of the error, steps to reproduce, error logs/console output, and access to the repo (GitHub link + read/write or a patch/zip). If the repo is private, add me as a collaborator or share a temporary link.
Can you work on private repositories / sensitive projects?
Yes. I follow safe-git practices and can sign an NDA on request. If you prefer not to share code, you can provide a minimal reproducible example instead.
How long will the fix take?
Delivery time depends on the package you choose and bug complexity. Basic fixes typically finish within the Basic package timeframe. If I discover scope beyond the chosen package, I’ll inform you and propose an updated quote before continuing.
Do you provide tests and documentation?
I include basic or added unit/integration tests where useful (per package). Each delivery includes a short technical note explaining the fix and any prevention tips.
Will you create a branch/PR or edit my main branch?
I deliver a patch as a PR/branch by default. If you want direct commits to a specific branch, tell me before I start.
Do you offer post-delivery support?
Yes — Premium includes 3 days of post-delivery support. Other packages include support for clarifying the delivered fix (see package details). Extended support/maintenance is available as an extra.
What if the bug is caused by a third-party service or deployment environment?
I’ll diagnose the cause and propose whether it’s fixable in-code or requires environment/deployment changes. For environment-dependent fixes, I can provide steps to resolve or offer deployment support as an add-on.
What do you not cover in this gig?
Major feature development, full rewrites, or large-scale refactors. Also, fixing issues caused by unsupported external services or corrupted third-party data may require extra work and cost.
Can I get a refund if the issue isn’t fixed?
If the delivered fix doesn’t resolve the agreed bug and I can’t reproduce a working solution within the scope, we will either continue until resolved (within the agreed scope) or refund partially/full depending on work completed. Exact policy handled case-by-case—contact me first.
Which Next.js / React versions do you support?
I work with current stable releases, Next.js (v13+) and React (v16.8+). If you’re on a very old or highly customized stack, mention the versions when you message me.
