Founded XinAo after 4 years of operating Havens Commerce Partners — a China Representative Office coordinating sourcing and export logistics for buyers across 6 international markets. What I kept seeing was consistent: international buyers being overcharged, misdirected to trading companies, and left with no real on-ground representation. XinAo is the firm I built to fix that. What we do on the ground: • Physical factory audits with business license and production capability verification • On-site supplier negotiations in Mandarin — MD-led, supported by our bilingual operations team. • Mid-production (DUPRO) and AQL 2.5 pre-shipment quality inspections • Bilingual NNN/NDA drafting and enforcement for IP protection • Full logistics and customs documentation management Who we serve: Global businesses and commercial importers needing a trusted, on-ground execution partner.
