As Chief Marketing Officer at Frankly, an AI-powered personal finance app, I lead the overall marketing strategy with a strong focus on user acquisition, App Store Optimization (ASO), product positioning, and growth execution. Key responsibilities include: Defining and executing the overall marketing and growth strategy for a consumer mobile app Leading App Store Optimization (ASO) for Apple App Store Conducting keyword research and competitive analysis to improve app visibility Optimizing titles, subtitles, descriptions, and keyword fields for better rankings Improving App Store conversion through screenshot strategy, copy, and positioning Managing app launch and update strategies Analyzing performance metrics such as impressions, conversion rate, and downloads Coordinating with designers, developers, and external collaborators Responding to user feedback and App Store reviews to improve retention and trust In addition to ASO, I contribute to broader marketing initiatives such as messaging refinement, audience targeting, and lifecycle thinking to support long-term growth and retention. This role has given me hands-on experience with real-world mobile app marketing challenges, App Store guidelines, and performance-driven optimization, which I now apply when working with clients on iOS development and ASO projects.
