Managed subcontractor teams across 15 solar installations (12 residential, 3 semi-commercial), delivering projects from permitting through AHJ inspection and SCE Permission to Operate (PTO) approval • Commissioned 416 kW of solar PV capacity across hybrid and grid-tied systems, including semi commercial projects ranging from 77 kW to 125 kW • Led installation and commissioning of 758 kWh of BESS using GES lithium-ion battery systems integrated with Megarevo and Amensolar hybrid inverters, ensuring full NEC/CEC compliance on all storage projects • Managed grid-tied installations using SolarEdge string inverters and Enphase microinverters across residential and ADU projects • Coordinated utility interconnection documentation with Southern California Edison (SCE) to obtain PTO across all commissioned sites • Reviewed permit submissions and coordinated with the design team to address and resolve city objections and correction notices prior to permit approval • Maintained proactive client communication throughout each project lifecycle, delivering regular email updates and structured weekly progress reports • Collaborated with the design team on system layout and technical feasibility, providing field-based input to bridge design intent with on-site conditions
