No. This is a labor-only modeling service. To comply with software licensing rules, you (the buyer) must provide the Revit license access, a seat in your Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) workspace, or a secure Remote Desktop/VDI login.
What files do I need to provide to start the project?
Please provide your architectural drawings (PDF, DWG, or Revit model), project structural design notes, rebar specifications (bar sizes/spacing), and your team’s custom Revit title block template if you want me to set up your presentation sheets.
Can you perform structural design calculations or sign off on building permits?
No. I provide professional 3D BIM modeling, rebar detailing, and drafting services based on your pre-calculated engineering designs. I do not provide structural analysis reports, calculations, or engineering stamps/stamped calculations for permits.
