I've been designing models for over 2 years, but last year, I was given a project where I had to design full Printable 3D car with highly detailed interior, with lack of knowledge about the requirements for the 3D model to be printed perfectly, it took me 2 months (including the time where I observed and tweaked to have full understanding about printing) and finally the car was successfully printed and live tested on Anycubic Photon Printer.
After having a deep understanding of printable object properties, the very next similar project was handed over and without any error from printer, it took 7 days for the project to be completed and printed perfectly in one go.
After designing several large printable objects, I can assure you about handing over a complete and error free project. Anything goes wrong, I'll always be here for unlimited review times.

What should be the minimum and maximum size of the design for perfect printing?
there's no limit for maximum size, it depends on your printing maximum capacity for the size. Although the minimum size for the thickness of the design should no longer be less than 0.8mm
