    I had an issue in a foreign/unfamiliar C codebase that (according to the original maintainer) grew organically and is "interesting" or "difficult" to read. Anyhow, the seller (actuday) did manage to find the cause of the issue and fix it in time. He kept me up to date on the progress and reworked his solution according to my feedback.
