Joined RobinReal as a senior engineer working directly with the CTO and CEO to build out their AI-powered property search platform, a product that aggregates 26,000+ listings across 50+ cities in Switzerland and helps renters find apartments smarter and faster. I was involved in both the technical and strategic side of things. On the engineering front, I worked across the full stack, building features on the frontend, designing and implementing backend services, and integrating AI capabilities into the recommendation engine. I also took ownership of infrastructure decisions, helping the team pick the right tools and architecture to keep things reliable as the product scaled. Beyond writing code, I led the dev team. I helped set priorities, reviewed code, unblocked people, and made sure we were shipping features that actually moved the needle. A good part of my role was sitting with leadership to figure out what to build next and how to get there without overengineering. This was a fast-moving startup backed by ETH Zurich and Innosuisse, so the pace was intense and the problems were real.

Worked at Javat365 as a senior engineer in a hands-on leadership role, working directly with the CTO and CEO. Javat365 provides digital solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. Their core product is a professional email platform (SOGo Mail) with custom domains, calendar sharing, and collaboration features. My biggest contribution was leading the migration from their legacy platform to a completely revamped version that was faster, more maintainable, and easier for users. I was responsible for the full stack: frontend interfaces, backend services, database design, and deployment pipelines. The new version improved performance significantly and made it much simpler to roll out features going forward. I also led the dev team through the process. Ran standups, did code reviews, helped onboard new devs, and worked with the founders on product roadmap decisions. A lot of my time went into figuring out what features to prioritize to get the product to market faster, not just building what was asked, but helping shape what needed to be built. On the infrastructure side, I helped set up monitoring, improve deployment workflows, and make sure the platform could handle growth without constant firefighting.

Full Stack Developer

Indígó is a travel company based in Reykjavik that organizes graduation trips, educational tours, and group travel experiences across Europe. They needed a complete online presence that matched the energy of their brand. Something modern, fast, and easy for school groups and individuals to browse and inquire about trips. I handled the entire project end to end. Started with understanding their business and what they needed the site to do, then moved into design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Built a responsive, SEO-friendly website that showcases their destinations, trip categories, and makes it dead simple for visitors to send inquiries or get in touch. This was a solo project from start to finish, so I owned every decision, from the tech stack and hosting setup to the visual design and content structure. Post-launch, I continued maintaining the site, pushing updates, and making improvements based on how users were actually interacting with it.
