• Built and shipped core product for HireTal (hiretal.ai), an AI hiring platform that matches companies with vetted talent from a JD upload through scored shortlists. • Designed the job–candidate matching pipeline: normalize CVs and JDs with LLMs, embed them in Pinecone, apply hard filters (skills, location, work arrangement, salary), and return ranked shortlists for recruiters. • Expanded the match pool so recruit jobs pull from candidates, inbound talent, and outreach prospects in one admin view, then recompute scores when a JD or profile changes. • Built the employer GTM loop: ingest LinkedIn jobs (RapidAPI), enrich company data, generate outreach emails, and push contacts into Salesforge sequences (email + LinkedIn), including follow-ups for incomplete profiles and low-match roles. • Built admin tooling for the hiring ops team: JD upload, calendar job filters, combined match views, candidate delete, and profile-completion reminder emails.
