Built and maintained the SabaiHealth AI Ecosystem, an omnichannel AI health platform running across WhatsApp, Telegram, and LINE. Key contributions: - Designed a multi-channel bot architecture using n8n (queue mode) to handle concurrent conversations across WhatsApp, Telegram, and LINE with a shared backend. - Built a computer-vision vitals pipeline that extracts structured clinical data (heart rate, respiration, etc.) from 60-second face scans using Gemini 2.5 Flash. - Implemented bi-directional wearable data sync with Huawei Health Kit and Google Fit, including 30-day historical backfill. - Developed a dynamic LLM routing layer ("Genius Panel") that directs health queries to 100+ specialist AI personas based on context. - Built a consent-gated clinical triage handoff system connecting AI conversations to partner clinics for human follow-up. - Engineered a concurrent multi-channel broadcast engine using PostgreSQL row-level locking to safely message large user segments without race conditions. - Built a predictive cycle-tracking scheduler for automated, personalized health reminders. - Deployed and maintained all services on a VPS using Docker, with Python automation scripts handling backend logic and API integrations.
