I repair and optimize existing static GLB/glTF product models for web viewers. Services include scale, orientation and base-pivot fixes, plus conservative geometry reduction. I use AI-assisted tools, model validation and visual preview checks, with requirements agreed before work begins. You receive the GLB, before/after metrics, previews and a validation report. What can you fix?
Known export problems in an existing static product model: supported normal/degenerate-face defects, documented uniform scale, orientation/base-pivot changes and conservative geometry optimization. We agree on the specific work after inspecting your file.
What must I provide?
One GLB or a complete glTF folder with .bin and all textures, your target viewer, required file/triangle limits, visible references and dimensions/units or permission to preserve source scale. The order intake form collects these details.
Can you guarantee 50% smaller files?
No. Reduction varies by model. We confirm an achievable byte/triangle budget before accepting. An already-suitable model may not benefit enough to justify this service.
How do the two feedback rounds work?
Send one consolidated list for each round, with what looks wrong, expected result and a screenshot or steps where possible. Questions to clarify your feedback do not use a round. A round is used when I address that list and return revised work.
What if I still cannot use it?
If the original agreed requirements remain unmet after both feedback rounds, I agree to refund the full package order price through Fiverr cancellation. We can stop earlier if a reliable fix is infeasible. Fiverr controls fees, processing and payment destination.
How do you check the result?
I run model validation and compare visual previews against the agreed requirements and references. Delivery includes before/after metrics and a validation report. You can report issues in plain language with screenshots during the two included feedback rounds.
Can I change the model or brief?
A replacement product, new design/materials, new target platform or requirements added after intake are a changed brief. We discuss them before work; you are not charged extra automatically. Corrections needed to satisfy the original brief remain included.
Do you make models or certify print/AR use?
No. No new modeling/sculpting, rigging, animation, missing-content reconstruction, extensive remodeling, editable .blend/.fbx creation or manufacturing/AR guarantees. Unknown dimensions are never invented.
