I will clean up your salesforce data and build reports
Over deze dienst
Struggling with messy Salesforce data or reports that don't show what you need? I'll help you clean, organize and make sense of your CRM.
I've worked with Salesforce CRM every day for 2+ years managing a nonprofit's member and donor database, so I know the everyday problems: duplicates, incomplete records, imports gone wrong and reports nobody trusts.
What I can do:
- Clean up records: duplicates, missing fields, inconsistent formats
- Import and update data from Excel/CSV
- Build reports and dashboards for sales, donors or contacts
- Create list views and filters for your team
- Export your data and analyze it in Excel
How it works:
1. Tell me what you need and share a sample of your data
2. I review it and confirm the scope before starting
3. You get the finished work plus a short summary of every change
Please message me before ordering so we can check your setup. I don't do Apex or custom code development.
English and Spanish available.
Veelgestelde vragen
Do you need access to my Salesforce org?
For reports, dashboards and in-place cleanup, yes. The safest option is to create a separate user for me, which you can deactivate when we finish. For imports or analysis, you can also just send me an Excel/CSV export.
Will you delete any of my data?
Never without your approval. Before merging or deleting anything, I send you a list of the affected records to confirm, and I recommend taking a backup export first.
Do you work with Salesforce Nonprofit (NPSP)?
Yes, that's where most of my experience comes from: donors, members, recurring donations and campaigns.
Can you write Apex code or build custom apps?
No. This gig covers data, reports and day-to-day configuration, not development.
My task doesn't fit a package. What do I do?
Send me a message describing it and I'll send you a custom offer.
