I designed and developed advanced conversational AI systems - including AI voice agents and website chatbots - for firms across multiple practice areas including Personal Injury, Family Law, Real Estate Law, SSDI/SSI, and Criminal Law. Key Contributions & Responsibilities: • Designed high-conversion AI voice workflows for inbound & outbound legal intake • Built intelligent website chatbots and conversational AI assistants for real-time lead engagement • Engineered end-to-end intake automation inside GoHighLevel (GHL) • Created advanced workflows using triggers, conditional logic, pipeline automation, and multi-step nurturing sequences • Automated lead qualification, consultation scheduling, call routing, and follow-ups (SMS, email, voicemail drops) • Integrated legal CRM systems and intake pipelines for seamless case onboarding • Deployed white-label SaaS solutions using Chat-Dash • Implemented Retell AI for scalable, human-like voice infrastructure • Developed API-based integrations to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency Impact & Results: • Reduced missed calls and intake gaps by up to 40% • Improved response speed from hours to seconds through AI automation • Increased qualified consultation bookings • Enabled law firms to operate 24/7 automated intake without increasing payroll My focus was on building scalable, AI-driven legal automation frameworks that increase client acquisition efficiency while reducing operational friction.
