For one person managing equipment in an office, workshop or small team: know who has each item and what is overdue.
I will build an Excel workbook that keeps your equipment, people and every issue/return in one place, and shows what is available, on loan, overdue or needs review.

Which Excel do I need?
The workbook is tested in Microsoft Excel for Microsoft 365 on Windows. Other versions, Excel for Mac and Google Sheets are not guaranteed.
Does it send reminders?
No. Overdue items are flagged inside the file only. There are no macros or e-mails.
Can several people use it at once?
It is a normal Excel file, so one person edits at a time. If you need multi-user access by site and role, ask about my equipment system setup service.
My data is messy. Can you still import it?
Yes, if it has one row per item or movement. Light cleanup is included up to the package limits. Data typed from photos/PDFs, or searching for missing information, needs a custom quote.
Can I get both Arabic and English?
Each package includes one language of your choice. If you need both Arabic and English, contact me before ordering so I can confirm the scope and a separate quote. No bilingual extra is enabled at launch.
What counts as a revision?
One round of changes within the agreed scope, such as labels, list values or column order. A new workflow, extra sheets or macros count as new scope.
Do you use AI?
Yes. I use AI-assisted tools, with workbook checks and testing in Microsoft Excel 365 before delivery. Tell me your AI requirements before ordering so I can confirm whether I can meet them.
Is my data safe?
I use your file only for your order, don't reuse it in samples, and delete working copies after delivery on request.
What counts as a movement and an import limit?
A movement is one item issued to one person; issuing three items means three movements. Package limits cover the data I import for you, not a lifetime cap. You can keep adding rows later. Each package includes the full tracker and an editable XLSX file.
