I will be your remote project and operations manager
Google Apps Script, Microsoft 365 and Web Developer
Over deze dienst
Too many projects, not enough follow-up? I'll run them so you can stop chasing.
I'm a remote project and operations manager. For two years I ran operations for a 16 person US firm: the flow every deal moved through, from intake to funding, the deadlines, the documents and the reporting. I also built the control room the team used to see where everything stood.
What I run for you:
- Project plans: scope, milestones, owners and dates, agreed up front
- Follow-ups with your team and vendors, so nothing waits on you
- A weekly report on one page: done, late, at risk, decisions needed
- Processes and SOPs, so work runs the same way every time
- Tools set up properly: boards, trackers and dashboards
- Vendors and software compared, chosen and kept in check
I work in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Excel and Power BI, and I'll learn your tools in my own time.
I match your working hours, wherever you are, and reply within the hour.
Not sure where to start? Tell me your three biggest headaches. I'll tell you which package fits, or if you don't need one.

Veelgestelde vragen
Do you manage the team directly?
Yes, if you want me to. I can run the meetings and follow-ups with your team and vendors, or support you while you stay the decision-maker. We agree that in the first week.
Which tools do you use?
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Google Workspace, Excel, Google Sheets and Power BI. If you already use Asana, ClickUp or Monday, I work inside it.
How do I know what you're doing?
You get a one-page report every week: what was done, what's late, what's at risk and what needs your decision. You can also see everything live in the shared board.
Can this become a long-term role?
Yes, that's what the monthly packages are for. My last client started small and kept me on for two years as their operations manager.
What if I only need one project organised?
That's the Project setup package: I map the project, set it up in your tool and hand it over so your team can run it.
