For Independent Home Care, I was responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s email marketing and automation systems to improve client engagement and increase revenue. During this project, I handled the full setup and restructuring of their email campaigns, including: 1. Building automated email sequences for new inquiries and client follow-ups 2. Creating a lead nurturing funnel to convert inquiries into paying clients 3. Setting up customer segmentation for better targeting 4. Designing and managing monthly newsletter campaigns 5. Automating follow-up reminders and service updates 6. Integrating email workflows with their CRM system I analyzed campaign performance and improved open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement by refining subject lines, timing, and automation logic. As a result, the company experienced improved client response rates, stronger communication consistency, and increased revenue from follow-up conversions.
