Veelgestelde vragen
What is an AI voice agent and how can it help my business?
An AI voice agent is an automated system that can handle phone calls, answer FAQs, qualify leads, and book appointments without human intervention. It works 24/7 to capture opportunities, reduce workload, and improve customer experience — helping your business grow while saving time and money.
Can you integrate VAPI AI or Retell AI with my CRM?
Yes! I can integrate both VAPI AI and Retell AI with your existing CRM system to automatically sync contact details, appointment data, and call outcomes. This ensures your team stays organized without manual input.
How does the AI cold calling process work?
The AI cold calling agent automatically dials your lead list, speaks with potential customers using a human-like voice, answers common questions, and captures key details. If the lead qualifies, the AI can schedule a meeting or transfer the call to a real agent.
Can the AI voice agent transfer calls to a human?
Absolutely. If a lead wants to speak with a real person or needs complex support, the AI voice agent can instantly transfer the call to your sales rep or support team.
Is the AI calling agent multilingual?
Yes, your AI calling agent can be set up to speak and understand multiple languages, making it ideal for businesses with diverse customers or international clients.
