Commercial Rights cover all standard non-paid business uses (such as company websites, internal training, or organic social media). Full Broadcast Rights are required if the audio will be used in paid advertising campaigns on TV, radio, or promoted internet ads.
Can you sync the voice-over to an existing video?
Yes! Select the "Timed Audio Sync" extra during checkout and provide your video file or timecoded reference so the audio aligns perfectly with your visual edits.
Do you offer live directed sessions?
Yes! I schedule live directed sessions on weekday evenings (after 4:30 PM MST) or anytime on weekends. Please message me to coordinate a time before selecting the "Live direction" extra at checkout.
Can you record this in Spanish as well?
Absolutely. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. If you need an English and Spanish version of your IVR system, onboarding module, or explainer video, just send me a message for a custom offer.
For my phone system (IVR), can you deliver separate audio files for each prompt?
Yes. Just select the "Split Files" extra when placing your order. I will slice your phone tree or menu prompts into individual, cleanly named files so they are ready to upload directly into your telephony system.
What does the included revision cover?
The included revision covers any adjustments to the pace, tone, or pronunciation in my delivery. If you need to change, update, or rewrite the script after I have already recorded it, that will require purchasing an additional revision.
