I have been a Design Engineer for 5 years. I have extensive experience in the following. Producing component/assembly drawings and BOMs via SolidWorks, alongside 2D AutoCAD PCD Drawings. Engineered parts tailored for sheet metal folding, welded structures, CNC machining (milling/lathe), waterjet/laser cutting, and high-performance 3D printing. Routinely work with stainless steel, aluminum, acetal, nylon, polycarbonate, and industrial resin For 3D Printing. Undertake product risk assessments ensuring compliance with the CE Machinery Directive and UKCA safety regulations.
