Oct 2024 - Present • 2 yrs
I worked as an Amazon Virtual Assistant at NextGen Amazon Solutions, where I handled multiple Amazon seller accounts for US and UK marketplaces. My responsibilities included product hunting and deep-dive product research, smart product sourcing, brand approval assistance, and complete Amazon Seller Central management. I also managed inventory planning, shipment creation (FBA/FBM), and handled A-to-Z claim reimbursement to recover lost or damaged inventory. During my time, I focused on data-driven strategies, account health maintenance, and improving profitability while following Amazon policies and best practices.
