I work with Wilcom EmbroideryStudio and manually optimize every design for clean stitching, proper density, underlay and details. Alex did a great job going from my photos. While the first effort was great, I had one small issue with the first files. I sent an explanation and Alex went the extra mile and made the modification and everything looks great. 5 Stars for Alex Linton's Woodshop
