I turn floor plans, sketches and site photos into photoreal 3D: exterior and interior renders, 3D floor plans, designs rendered onto your own site photo, and dimensioned plans and elevations as a PDF. I model and render in Blender (Cycles) with an AI-assisted workflow, so turnaround is short and revisions are cheap. You get a first draft for your comments before the final images. My work is for design decisions, presentations and marketing, not structural or permit drawings.
