What if you can't fix the bug?
If I genuinely cannot fix it after proper investigation, I won't charge you. I'll also tell you honestly why — whether it's a limitation of your Odoo version, a third-party module conflict, or something outside my scope.
Do you need admin access to my Odoo?
For bug fixing, yes — I need to reproduce the error. You can create a temporary admin account for me and delete it after delivery. I never store credentials.
Can you work on a customized/modified Odoo instance?
Yes, but heavily modified instances may take longer to diagnose. Please mention any existing customizations when you message me so I can estimate accurately.
What information do I need to provide?
Odoo version, error message or screenshot, steps to reproduce the bug, and whether it's on a live server or local. The more detail you give, the faster I can help.
Can you build a module that integrates Odoo with another system?
