Communication was good, but the overall experience was a major disappointment. The work didn’t meet the quality I expected, and the project wasn’t completed as promised. I thought Fiverr would ensure sellers deliver the final product, not stop halfway and issue a refund. I didn’t receive what I paid for, and the process was frustrating.

the work I did with Ali was a very large job. It took months to fine tune and add things because we were building a functional APP.. I definitely would work with Ali again. his communication was great and the jobs were done promptly. He was understanding when fixes needed to be done and was ok to add more features
