What do you need to get started?
I need your cPanel or hosting login credentials. If you use VPS, AWS or DigitalOcean, SSH access is required. Please message me before ordering if you are unsure about access details.
Will my site go offline during cleanup?
In most cases, no. I work carefully to avoid downtime. For heavily infected sites, a brief maintenance window may be needed. I will always notify you in advance and keep it as short as possible.
What is the written cleanup report?
