I decided to try another purchase for a chart and I appreciate the fact that they communicated proactively, letting me know ahead of time that the song was going to be late, however, it was worth the wait. He did an awesome job!

I absolutely love the work; however, there needs to be some transparency in their delivery time. I placed my order in April and finally received it today. It was very well done, and I don't mind waiting, but to see many others appear to get their orders before me while my order is months late is a bit discouraging.
