In this gig, I will offer you migration options from Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) to Microsoft 365 and technical support. The migration scope includes but is not limited to the following steps:
- I will migrate your existing Google Workspace emails, contacts, calendars, and Google drive data from Google Workspace/Gsuite to Microsoft 365.
- I will undertake PST file migrations to Microsoft 365 as well.
- There is no downtime for your business emails during the migration phase.
- An email forwarding will be applied to Google Workspace to forward all incoming emails to Microsoft 365 and until the MX cutover, both Google and Microsoft will coexist.
- Google Docs, and Google Sheets will be converted to Microsoft Office Word and Excel respectively on the individual user's Onedrive.

What about the hardware requirement for certain tasks?
Any and all server/hardware requirements should be provided by the customer. Relevant access should be provided via a remote session; preferably AnyDesk.
Is the 1 day delivery final?
This depends on the task. Sometimes tasks related to updating DNS records can take from 4 to 8 hours, depending on the provider. DNS is propagation is automatic and has no specific timeframe.
Do you do PST migrations and what's the cost?
Yes. The cost is the same, $10/user but discounts can be given for bulk migrations (10+ users).
What do you need access to?
I need access to your tenant's Google Workspace Admin panel, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and DNS provider panel in order to successfully carry out the migration steps. DNS panel is a one-time configuration so an Anydesk session will do. But you need to provide credentials for GWS and MS panels.
