I will build n8n whatsapp automation to route leads to your CRM
Umar
Over deze dienst
Hello & welcome to my gig!
I'm a full-stack developer with 10+ years of experience in AI-powered automation and custom software.
Manual WhatsApp lead follow-up is costing you customers. I build n8n automations that capture every WhatsApp lead, qualify it, and route it straight into your CRM, no lead sits unanswered, no follow-up gets missed.
What you get:
- Real-time WhatsApp lead capture and routing to your CRM
- Automated sync with Google Sheets, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or your CRM of choice
- Multi-step workflows with optional AI-powered lead reply and qualification
- Error handling, database integration, and team training (Standard & Premium)
- Full documentation and Loom walkthrough (Premium)
How it works:
Message me your WhatsApp/CRM setup and where leads are falling through. I'll build the n8n automation, connect it to your tools, and test it thoroughly, no manual copy-paste, no missed follow-ups.
With a full-stack background (PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React, Next.js), I build automations that are reliable and production-ready, not fragile templates.
Message me your process before ordering.
Regards,
Umar

I build AI-powered software and automation systems that help businesses save time, cut costs, and scale — GPT/LLM integrations, AI agents, n8n/Zapier/Make workflows, and AI-integrated web & mobile apps. I've been in tech since 2014, with 12 years on Fiverr, 800+ completed orders, and a 4.9-star rating across 500+ reviews. My background spans full-stack development (PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React, Next.js), which I now apply to building AI systems that are reliable, scalable, and production-ready — not just prototypes.

Veelgestelde vragen
Which CRMs do you work with?
I work with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Airtable, and most CRMs with an API or webhook support. Message me your CRM and I'll confirm compatibility before you order.
Do you need my WhatsApp Business API access?
Yes, I'll need access to your WhatsApp Business API (or Cloud API) to connect it to n8n. If you don't have this set up yet, I'll guide you through the process before starting the automation build.
What CRM/sales tasks can be automated?
Lead capture from WhatsApp, lead routing and assignment, follow-up reminders, contact/deal creation, status updates, and syncing data across your CRM, spreadsheets, and email.
Do I need to already have a CRM in place?
No — if you don't have one yet, I can recommend a simple option (like Airtable or GoHighLevel) and set it up as part of the automation.
How is this different from just using CRM automation features built into the CRM?
Built-in CRM automations are usually limited to that one platform. I build custom n8n workflows that connect WhatsApp directly to your CRM (and other tools), with logic tailored to your exact process, not just the CRM's default triggers.
Can this integrate with my email and spreadsheets too?
Yes — I can connect Gmail/Outlook and Google Sheets/Excel alongside your CRM so leads, follow-ups, and records stay in sync across all your tools.
Do you provide training on how it works?
Yes, training is included on the Premium package, along with full documentation and a Loom walkthrough so your team can manage and adjust the automation independently.
What if my process changes after delivery?
I offer revisions during the delivery period, and I'm available afterward for updates or adjustments as your process evolves — just message me.
How long does this take?
Basic delivers in 3 days, Standard in 5 days, and Premium in 7 days, depending on the complexity of your workflow and how many tools are involved.
