Will every answer include citations?
The chatbot will attach document and page references when the retrieved source metadata supports them. Citation format depends on the quality and structure of the provided files.
Can you process scanned PDFs?
This Gig assumes text-based PDFs. Scanned or image-heavy files require OCR and a sample review before I can confirm scope and pricing.
Will the chatbot be hallucination-free?
No responsible developer can guarantee that. I reduce risk through source-grounded prompts, citations, test questions, and explicit insufficient-evidence behavior.
Are OpenAI, database, and hosting fees included?
No. Third-party usage and hosting charges are paid through the buyer's own accounts.
Can you embed it in my existing website?
Yes, when the website and integration requirements are reviewed before ordering. Complex or legacy integrations may require a custom offer.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects an agreed feature or reasonable presentation issue. It does not add new documents, platforms, integrations, languages, or features.
Do I receive the source code?
Yes. You receive the custom source code created for the order and the corresponding setup documentation. Third-party libraries remain under their own licenses.
