I started my career in the BPO industry as an associate and, over time, grew into an assistant manager role where I currently manage a team of 5 people. This journey really helped me understand both operations and team handling, especially how to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks together. During my experience, I have closely worked with finance directors and controllers of different companies. My role mostly involved handling the complete bookkeeping cycle—starting from data entry, moving towards reconciliations, preparing schedules, and then supporting monthly closing and quarterly/yearly financial statements. I’ve been directly involved in making sure financial data is accurate and ready for reporting. I also have a strong interest in financial planning & analysis. I’ve worked on monthly cash flow forecasts, revenue projections, and budgeting for management and board-level decisions. This includes doing different scenario analyses to support product development and business growth, which I really enjoy working on. In addition to this, I have assisted audit firms during audit processes — preparing accounts, organizing workflows, and helping clear queries so audits can be completed smoothly. I understand how important clean and well-structured records are for audit purposes. I’m experienced in using multiple accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, and Oracle. Working with different tools helped me adapt quickly depending on client requirements. I’ve also worked with individual business owners and small companies, helping them understand their financial performance and improving their administrative processes. I like helping clients get clarity on their numbers so they can make better decisions.
