I build full-stack apps with FastAPI on the backend and Next.js on the frontend, containerized with Docker and backed by PostgreSQL, with proper authentication and role-based access from day one. This comes from real experience: I built a precision-health platform from an early prototype into a production system with JWT auth, multiple user roles (admin, doctor, technician, patient), full audit logging, and a data layer holding hundreds of thousands of records without slowing down.
