Do I need to already be using Claude Code?
No. I set up from zero if you're new, or extend and harden an existing setup if your team has already started. Scoping call determines the right starting point.
Which Claude plan do I need?
Claude Pro or Team seats for your developers, plus Anthropic API access for MCP servers. I advise on the cheapest sensible setup during the scoping call.
Do you work with private / on-prem codebases?
Yes. Everything runs on your developers' machines. Only your prompts leave your environment (to Anthropic). I sign your NDA for free.
Which MCP servers do you support?
Any published MCP server (GitHub, filesystem, Postgres, Slack, Jira, Google Drive), plus custom-built ones. If it has an API, I can wrap it in MCP.
What if I use Cursor / Copilot / ChatGPT instead?
This gig is Claude Code specific. Happy to advise on tool choice during the call, but deliverables are Claude Code-native. Don't order for other tools.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Premium tier includes 60 days. Beyond that we can arrange a monthly retainer or you can add the 30-day support extra to any tier for £300.
How much of my team's time will this cost?
Scoping call is 20 min. Handovers are 30-60 min each. Between those I work independently against your repo — most teams see ~2 hours of their time in total.
Can you train specific developers?
Yes. Standard and Premium include recorded walkthroughs. Live 1:1 training sessions available as a £150 gig extra (60 min).
What if my team is more than 6 developers?
Standard covers up to 6, Premium is unlimited on one repo/tenant. For multi-tenant enterprise rollouts, message me for a custom offer.
Why should we use Claude Code over the web UI?
CLI runs in your terminal with real filesystem access. Subagents parallelise. MCP servers give Claude tools to actually do things. Memory means it remembers your team's decisions.
