I am a researcher specializing in first‑principles modeling and device‑level simulation of photovoltaics. My work integrates Density Functional Theory (DFT) using CASTEP with SCAPS‑1D. We used CASTEP for DFT calculations and analyzed the following properties: electronic band structure, density of states, optical properties, elastic properties, band structures and DOS, and thermodynamic properties.
