I offer a CNC milling service dedicated to hobbyists and makers who need precise, reliable parts for prototypes or small-batch production. I also provide 3D printing and CAD modeling services, so I can support you from the design phase all the way to the finished part.
What I can machine:
- Max part size: 180 x 180 x 80 mm
- Materials: POM-C (Delrin) and other engineering plastics, Aluminum, Brass
Tolerances:
Standard tolerance is ±0.2 mm (2 tenths), suitable for functional prototypes and small mechanical parts. Tighter tolerances may be discussed depending on the geometry and material.
Additional services:
- CAD modeling: I can design your part from scratch or from a sketch/idea
- 3D printing: available as an alternative or complement to CNC machining
How it works:
This service is aimed at hobbyists, makers, and small projects not industrial mass production. Every job is unique, so before starting any project we will discuss together the design, material, quantity, and feasibility.

What file format should I send you?
STEP (.step/.stp) is preferred, as it preserves full geometry. I can also work with STL, though it's less ideal for precise machining since it's a mesh format. If you don't have a CAD file yet, I can create one for you based on a sketch or measurements.
What happens if the part doesn't meet the stated tolerances?
I check dimensions before shipping to make sure the part is within the agreed tolerance (±0.2mm as standard). If a part is out of tolerance due to a machining error on my side, I will remake it at no extra cost.
Does the price change for multiple identical pieces?
Yes, small-batch orders usually have a lower cost per piece, since setup time is shared across the quantity. Let me know how many pieces you need and I'll include this in the quote.
Why don't you ship outside Europe?
To avoid the extra costs, customs procedures, and longer delivery times involved in international shipping outside the EU. This allows me to keep the service fast and reliable for European customers.
