I design complete monitoring & evaluation systems, logic models, draft evaluation plans, write evaluation reports and research projects.

I have over six years of experience in development program management, designing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems, evaluations and report writing for global partners and organizations, including USAID, Ausaid, UNDP, ADB and WPF. I have successfully extended my experience in M&E programs and proposal writing. Highly experienced in the development of M&E framework and log frame and tools of M&E activities.

I have developed high-level skills in designing research projects, impact evaluation and tools of data collection for research studies and evaluation of programs.

I have also managed the process of building monitoring and evaluation plans and strategies, capacity building, preparing and implementing evaluations of programs in non-profit and public sectors. Led and coordinated all aspects of the M&E.
