At Fatgraphs, I build and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites while developing automation systems that improve business operations, lead management, and customer communication. At Paradise Real Estate, I designed and implemented advanced automation systems to streamline lead management, customer communication, and internal operations. My work focused on building scalable workflow automations using tools such as n8n, APIs, and AI-driven systems to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency. I developed automation workflows for lead capture, qualification, and follow-ups across multiple channels including website forms, WhatsApp, and AI voice agents. These workflows automatically processed incoming enquiries, synced data with internal systems, triggered notifications, and supported appointment booking with advisors. I also designed and developed custom dashboards for internal team use, enabling real-time visibility of leads, appointments, and operational data. To support scalability, I implemented a multi-tenant Supabase architecture for the company’s MVP platform, allowing multiple agencies or users to securely manage their data within the same system. Additionally, I built integrations between CRMs, booking systems, communication platforms, and marketing tools using APIs and webhooks. The goal was to create a reliable automation ecosystem that connects all business tools and supports the company’s digital growth strategy.
