I will build an advanced notion workspace, automated dashboards and databases
Turning operational chaos into scalable Notion systems and automations
Drowning in scattered tools and manual work? I help founders and growing teams turn operational chaos into clear, automated systems.
As a Notion Expert & System Architect, I don't just build template...
Over deze dienst
Is your Notion workspace a chaotic maze of half-finished pages?
If Notion feels more overwhelming than helpful, you are not alone. You dont need another generic template. You need a Custom Digital Operating System.
As a Notion Workspace Architect, I engineer complete backend systems. Whether you're scaling a business or automating daily workflows, I build scalable setups tailored strictly to your operational logic.
What I Build:
- Custom Architecture: A centralized hub designed exactly for your business logic.
- Relational Databases: Connecting projects, CRM, and finances seamlessly.
- Automations & Integrations: Eliminating manual work by connecting Notion with powerful tools like Make, ClickUp, and Monday.com.
- One-Scroll Dashboards: Aesthetic, clean overviews to manage your day from a single screen.
Why Me? Unlike sellers who duplicate templates, I focus on the underlying architecture. I ensure your data structures are sound and your system can grow as your business scales.
Stop fighting your workspace.
Message me your goals and current tools, and Ill recommend the perfect setup before you order!

Veelgestelde vragen
Do I need to give you my Notion login details?
No, not at all! I build the complete workspace on my end. Once it is perfectly ready, I will send you a secure link. You just click 'Duplicate' and the entire system will instantly transfer to your own Notion workspace. Safe and hassle-free!
Do I need a paid Notion subscription for this?
For most custom setups, the free version of Notion works perfectly! If your business requires massive file uploads or highly advanced AI limits, we can discuss if a paid plan is necessary, but 95% of my setups run flawlessly on the free plan.
What if I don't know how to use the new system?
I design systems to be highly intuitive, clean, and easy to navigate. Along with the delivery, I will provide a quick written guide or a short Loom video walkthrough. This ensures you and your team can start using the databases immediately without any confusion.
What if I want to add more features after the delivery?
Every package includes standard revisions to ensure the original requirements are met perfectly. If you decide to expand your workspace or add entirely new databases later on, I would be happy to build them for you through a new custom offer!
